Your Installation. Once you are ready to place your order with us we will order your new radTherm® radiators direct from our factory in Germany. Once they arrive we will contact you to arrange a convenient date for installation. Sunamp and Tepeo orders come from our UK suppliers but the same process applies. Up until this point you will also receive regular contact from our team with progress reports.
We employ all our own qualified trades such as plumbers, electricians, multi-trades. We do not use subcontractors (as other companies seem to) and as a result we feel there is more pride taken in our work, whilst you have the reassurance that our staff have been thoroughly vetted and approved, as well as them receiving ongoing training and professional career development.
